前情提要:

這是給廠商的一封信,

主旨是投訴他們商品停產沒有先告知,先說要賣,等訂單都收了才說沒有貨。

事情是這樣的,

年初我們就告知廠商,客戶因為既有的產品遺失,才要再向他們購買。

廠商就說,如果有去當地警察機關報案掛失,並出示證明,可以讓我們低價買進新的,

但很可惜,客戶基於一些理由無法去報警,所以我們還是請廠商再重新報價(offer)。

我們詢價非~常久!廠商業務也一~直說他知道、他會處理,

 結果等到交貨前一天才說停產沒貨孩子生不出來(而且理由還你姑奶奶的莫名其妙!)。

後來因為我們一直盧(客訴),廠商終於確認說找得到貨賣我們。

但目前還是遲遲不給我們新的報價...e04。

 

以下所有公司名稱(DD)與人名(Smith Moon)皆為化名,"000"指的是我們要買的產品。

Dear Mr. Smith,

 

Thank you so much for your efforts!

 

Your email was a big shock for us and our client. The weird reason caused us a big trouble.

Normally, if any item is going to be out of production, DD should notify clients as early as possible.

Then, they will have enough time to make purchase for stock or find another way to solve the problem.

This time, informing of this suspension and leaving no time for client to react already hurt your reputation (Ours as well).

Today, we had a meeting with the our client. 

They had been your headquarters in Europe. The good service and professional image impressed him so much.

Therefore, he was so surprised at what you did this time as well.

Pls keep in mind that the information of production suspension should be announced earlier.

If any similar situation happen in the future, our client might exclude DD from their supplier list.

For this case, we were fortunate enough to have a new 000 from your side. Or, it was not easy to free us from the serious outcome.

 

We have no stainless steel heart to take one more shock. No more, please.

 

Regarding a loss indication from the local police for the missing 000, that’s impossible for our client to get.

 So, the top priority for you now is give us s new offer!

Or, maybe DD will get a loss indication from the police for Mr. Smith.
